3.2. Agreement with Vendors

Supply & Delivery

• Vendors must deliver goods or services on time and as per the agreed contract.
• Delays or substandard deliveries may result in penalties or contract termination.

Payment Terms

• Full payments will be processed after verification of services/products.
• Any defects or issues must be resolved before final payment.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Vendors must protect confidential information shared by the Company and does not involve with any type of direct or indirect business. If found, all contracts will be cancelled, and vendor will bear all the consequences.

• The Author is strictly prohibited from sharing, using, or misusing any confidential data.
• Any breach of confidentiality will lead to contract termination, and the Author will bear all legal consequences.

• The Author must comply with all applicable laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Termination Clause

• If the Author fails to comply with any terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract without any refunds.
• The Author shall be held responsible for any damages resulting from a breach of this Agreement.

4. Confidentiality & Security

• The Company ensures the protection of client and vendor data in accordance with privacy laws.
• Any misuse of client information for personal gain will lead to immediate termination and legal action.

4.2. Breach of Company Policies

• If a client bypasses Company policies and directly engages with vendors without prior approval, the Company will not be responsible for any disputes or delivery failures.
